Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

GetMeOnlineFast ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted website creation service. By placing an order and making payment, you agree to these terms.

2. What You Get

Upon payment you receive:

• A custom website built from your intake form details
• Multiple design options to choose from
• Free hosting on Render.com for the lifetime of the service
• A content editing dashboard to update your site
• Optional: custom domain registration (additional fee)

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are one-time payments unless a recurring service (e.g. domain renewal) is selected. All sales are final once the build process has started.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied before you select a design. Once you have chosen a design and your site has been deployed, refunds are not available. If there is a technical issue on our end preventing delivery, we will resolve it or issue a full refund.

5. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you provide. You warrant that you have the right to use any text, images, or logos submitted through our intake form. We are not liable for any intellectual property claims arising from content you provide.

6. Hosting & Uptime

We use Render.com for hosting. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
