Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GetMeOnlineFast — our self-service website builder (£69 / £99) and done-for-you build service (£500). We're a UK-based business serving customers worldwide. Written in plain English. Governed by the laws of England and Wales — but mandatory consumer rights in your home country still apply. Read these before you buy: what's included, refunds, hosting, ownership, and cancellation.

1. Service Overview

GetMeOnlineFast ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted website creation service. By placing an order and making payment, you agree to these terms.

2. What You Get

Upon payment you receive:

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are one-time payments unless a recurring service (such as domain renewal) is selected. Refund eligibility is set out in Section 4.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

Self-service tiers (£69 / £99): we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied before you select a design. Once you have chosen a design and your site has been deployed, refunds are not available.

Done-for-you tier (£500): a full refund is available within 24 hours of order, provided we have not yet started the build. Once the build is in progress, the order is non-refundable.

If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery, we will resolve it or issue a full refund. None of the above limits any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your home country.

5. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you provide. You warrant that you have the right to use any text, images, or logos submitted through our intake form. We are not liable for any intellectual property claims arising from content you provide. You retain ownership of your content and your finished website.

6. Hosting & Uptime

We use Render.com for hosting. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure outside our control. We will use reasonable efforts to keep your site online and to restore service promptly if it goes down.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to publish content that is defamatory, infringing, harmful, or otherwise illegal, or to misuse our systems (including any attempt to gain unauthorised access). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of the country in which you live, which apply regardless of governing law. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
